A research from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Buyer Safety analyzed 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five within the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It uncovered that each one 8 samples were deemed "defective". Five with the items sampled contained fats in addition to cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in items labelled "chocolate" in Germany.
